To be fully engaged in providing Quality/No Harm, Customer Experience, and Stewardship by assisting licensed personnel in providing direct nursing care under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. Primary Accountabilities: * Associate supports engagement through adherence to the I-CARE commitments. * Provides care to patients in a clean and safe environment. * Demonstrates effective communication with other members of the health care team and promotes effective team functioning. * May have access to IV solutions, authorized medications and supplies as needed for patient care responsibilities. * Completes assigned tasks in a timely manner. * Collects, records and reports accurate patient information. * Delivers basic care to patients as directed. * Assists other associates to maintain productivity. * Demonstrates dependability, reliability and flexibility. * Competently performs routine procedures. * Provides service to patients and families with sensitivity and respect for their needs, expectations, age, cultural and individual differences. * Responds to call light in a timely manner. * Utilizes Health First computer systems with regard to order inquiry and patient documentation. * Contributes to the patient experience as evidenced by positive patient satisfaction scores and HCAHPs scores for department/medical center and/or written compliments by patients/others as well as consistent performance of purposeful hourly rounding and bedside shift report. * Uses and cares for equipment and supplies economically.

　　Must hold AHA BLS Healthcare Provider Completion Card prior to start date and maintain.Must have current Florida certificate as a Nursing Assistant or completion of Nursing Assistant course and must obtain Certification within four months of hire.Must meet unit-specific care requirements.Must be able to speak/understand written and verbal instructions in the English language.Job: *Patient - Staffing Services
