About HFA Client Relationship Specialist II

  Description

  Summary:

  The HFA Client Relationship Specialist II provides support to the financial advisors to deliver a great advisor and client experience. Duties & Responsibilities:

  Responsible for day-to-day support activities including responding to client inquiries, setting client appointments, processing transactions related to client accounts, and preparing financial reports.

  Provides a high level of service though building rapport with clients and other internal partners.

  Responsible for identifying, researching, analyzing, resolving client account and operational issues, and preparing client documentation including reports, memos, and other correspondence.

  Maintain a current knowledge of products, services, departmental systems and related technology as well as a strong knowledge of and adherence to policies and procedures.

  Performs other duties as assigned.

  Basic Qualifications:

  Bachelor's Degree or at least 5 years of experience within Investments/Financial Services

  At least 9 months of customer service experience within Investments/Financial Services

  Series 6, Series 63, and Life and Health license

  Preferred Qualifications:

  Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills as well as excellent organizational skills, and problem solving skills

  Familiarity with investment acumen, including investment products, Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs) preferred

  Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint )

  Ability to create and foster strong partnerships with business partners, working independently as well as in a team environment

  Demonstrated high degree of initiative and accountability

  Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment; adaptive to change

  Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)
