　　The Network Manager provides oversight of all tactical and strategic WAN/LAN infrastructure projects. Drives the planning, design, implementation, organization, and operation of the health system WAN and LAN Network. Responsibilities include ensuring the security and availability of the network infrastructure 24/7. Provides project oversight on network related projects to ensure they meet deadlines, requirements, and budgetary requirements.

　　ATTRIBUTES

　　Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience in Information Technology.Experience with networking equipment such as high end Cisco Routers and switches, Juniper Routers, particularly in a fully meshed, fault-tolerant Gigabit Ethernet environment. Experience with OSPF and HSRP is required. Knowledge of security solutions with firewalls and IDS/IPS.Experience with implementation of complex infrastructure.Good knowledge about Telco environments and new developments.RESPONSIBILITIES

　　Directly supervise the Network team while providing technical support for applications and systems within the WAN/LAN infrastructure.Establish processes, procedures and policies for WAN/LAN and Data Centers.Responsible for management reporting in conjunction with network activities, capacity, performance, and other important issues.Develop the processes, tools, and models required to effectively track and forecast data center performance with proven project and time management tools.Install, configure, and optimize and maintain all Routers, switches and other networking equipment.Evaluate, design, analyze, and maintain all WAN/LAN transport systems for new and existing sites.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: L - Light Work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly; requires occasional walking, standing or squatting.

　　PAY RANGE: $100,000.00 - $133,750.00

　　The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
