This role offers the flexibility to work remotely or be based in any of our offices. The Proposal Coordinator will play a pivotal role in crafting and overseeing high-quality proposals and presentations within a dynamic, deadline-driven setting.We are seeking an individual who is exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and possesses a proactive approach to deliver outstanding proposals. The ideal candidate should have a genuine passion for producing top-tier proposals, demonstrating a perfect blend of professionalism and creativity in serving our internal clients.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the entire proposal production process, including:Preparation and tracking of schedulesDevelopment of proposal outlines aligned with RFP requirementsCoordination of contract reviewsAssistance in theme developmentCollaboration with sub-consultantsComposition of non-technical sections of proposalsCreation of graphicsAssembly of proposalsCoordination of production and deliveryCreate project write-ups, collaborating with technical staff for finalization and ongoing updates.Develop and maintain resumes for technical staff.Ensure the accuracy and completeness of CRM data.Prepare interview materials, such as PowerPoint presentations and boards.Maintain sub-consultant and proposal files.Manage the proposal database.Generate marketing reports.Provide support to the firm-wide marketing team on regional projects as required.QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university, preferably in Business Management, Marketing, or Communications.Strong writing, proofreading, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and MS Office Suite is essential; familiarity with Deltek/Vision CRM or similar software, as well as proficiency in other Adobe Creative Suite Programs (Illustrator and Photoshop), is a plus.Knowledge of the engineering/construction industry.3-10 years of relevant experience.The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $43.27/hr; however, base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate.NV5 may provide restricted stock units, stay bonuses, or relocation allowances as part of the compensation package.
