The Hexagon Systems Manager responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Monitors discipline progress on projects.Provides guidance to project Engineering Systems discipline leads to improve discipline project performance on an as required basis.Creates and continuously improves measurement systems that measure and predict discipline project performance.Will oversee the full implementation of the Hexagon suite of tools within the Intel environment.Coordinate across project teams to ensure projects have the technical support required to be successful.Oversee 3rd party Global Library and Administrative partner to ensure they are meeting KPI's and expected deliverables to support Intel projects.Develop timeline of project support and ensure Hexagon tools ready when required.Interact with customer staff, coordinates resources and schedule.Establish technical standards, work processes, standards, and training for Hexagon suite of tools.Ensure projects are completed according to project plans.Manage project team resourcing and training when required.Build and drive safety Culture of Caring in every business environment, office to the construction sites, and from front-end planning to construction execution.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:The candidate must have at least one of the following:Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration or any related discipline with 9+ years experience in Project Management focused on project controls, data analytics and BI development solutions and/or software architecture solutions12+ years of comparable experience in Project Management focused on project controls, data analytics and BI development solutions and/or software architecture solutions will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience in:o Manufacturing, supply chain, construction, tool install/ramp systems and related business acumen.o Agile Operating Model.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in Canada:
Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
Working Model
This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
