KEY PURPOSE OF ROLE:
HE&R will be primarily responsible for the preparation and submission of product registration package to the local health authorities and administrate reimbursement application.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Possess the ability to work with clinical evidence and data to develop value messaging aimed at favorable reimbursement.
Possess the knowledge of health economics and policy, market access, new technology, etc.
Possess the knowledge of cardiovascular and neuromodulation disease area.
Work as a proper team player.
Possess capability for business acumen.
Possess the ability for strategy building for reimbursement.
Achieve optimal price and reimbursement scope for new products and manage listed product’s price.
Provide reimbursement and pricing support to each division including sales, finance, and marketing to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Prepare required dossiers to meet the requirement/expectation by P&R (Pricing and Reimbursement) authorities of products and organize advocacy activities with stakeholders (governments, KMDIAKorea medical device industry association, KOLs, patient groups, related societies, KMAKorean medical association, etc.)
Manage P&R (Pricing and Reimbursement) related obstacles such as reimbursement guideline, and revaluation.
Operate pre/intra/post-registration works by conducting precise and efficient document control and data management.
Attend and participate at relevant scientific conferences/workshops and professional continuing education meetings.
Perform various administrative functions as required.
Create and maintain Reimbursement SOPs and manage regulatory quality record and documentation.
Periodically record and retain every work and all documents.
Provide support to Manager.
Any other activities as assigned time to time by Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum over 7years’ experience of Reimbursement, Marketing, Clinical Affairs in the medical industry.
Project management skills and ability to work in cross-functional environments.
Exceptional computer skills: Hangeul, word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations, etc.
Highly motivated self-starter and team player who can work independently and as a team, deal with complex issues, and relate to multiple stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in English.
Positive, Assertive, and solution-oriented mindset.
Bio-/Statistics, Meta-Analysis, and Systematic Review analysis skills. (Preferred)
