　　Le Sous Chef assiste le Chef dans le succès global des opérations quotidiennes de la cuisine, ainsi que dans l'orientation et le perfectionnement du personnel.

　　Il démontre les talents culinaires de son équipe en accomplissant personnellement des tâches tout en dirigeant le personnel et en gérant toutes les fonctions liées à l'alimentation.

　　Il travaille en collaboration avec le Chef à améliorer continuellement la satisfaction des clients et des employés.

　　Il supervise toutes les zones de la cuisine pour s'assurer qu'un produit de haute qualité est réalisé de façon constante.

　　Il s'assure que les normes sanitaires et alimentaires sont respectées.

　　Il est responsable de tous les secteurs de préparation des aliments (Banquets, Room Service, Restaurants, Bar, Terrasse).
