　　2.在公司政策和程序指引下充分利用资源进行有效的客户拜访，完成或超越业务目标。

　　3.在公司政策和程序指引下规划和组织各种会议或活动，挖掘区域市场潜力。

　　4.通过公司管理系统以及其他合规的渠道和方式，收集市场和客户信息，进行分析，反馈和建议。 与上级经理，同事和其他部门的业务伙伴保持有效的联络，发现和促进各种合作机会。

　　5.在上级经理的辅导下，把握各种学习机会不断提升专业知识和能力。

　　6.执行公司推行的各项新举措，在公司政策和程序引导下探索创新和优化的机会。

　　7.完成上级经理指派的其他各项工作。
