Position Title: Helpers- Plasterers

Light Travel required. Job sites are located in Eagle, Summit, Routt,Garfield and Pitkin counties. Employer provides transportation to and from alljob sites.
Position Duties: Help lathers, plasterers or stucco masons byperforming duties requiring less skill. Duties include using, supplying orholding materials or tools and cleaning work area and equipment. Specificduties include moving scaffolding and planking around buildings, staplingwith staple guns, pushing wheelbarrows, shoveling sand and wet plaster,mixing plaster and assisting with spreading plaster.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds alone and up to 80 pounds withhelp.
Rate of Pay: $17.71 hour + DOE (The employer will pay or exceed theprevailing wage, as determined by the US Dept of Labor.)
Hours per Week: 35 (OT is possible, to be paid at $26.57/hour + DOE)
Start Date: 04/01/2024End Date: 11/30/2024
Work hours: 9AM 5PM. Work week is Monday Friday. May require someweekends.
A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Workers will be paidevery two weeks by check. All deductions from the worker s paycheck requiredby law will be made.
No min experience, education or training is required. On-the-job training isprovided.
Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging)to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workersreimbursed, by check separate from payroll, if the worker completes halfthe employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the workercompletes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Inother words, if the worker completes 50% of the work contract period,the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence fromthe place of recruitment to the place of work by check separate from payroll.Upon completion of the work contract period, or where the employee isdismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the workerreasonable cost of return transportation and subsistence back home or theplace the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker willnot return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount oftransportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economicaland reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistencewill be provided at a rate of $15.46 per day during travel to a maximum of$59.00 per day with receipts. The employer guarantees to offer work forhours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week periodof the total employment period. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the firstwork week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and otherrelated fees, including those mandated by the government (excludingpassport fees). The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools,supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.
