Description We are seeking a Help Desk Administrator to join our team in EUGENE, Oregon. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for technical support, providing assistance to team members across all levels. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, thus offering the chance for long-term growth within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming technical support calls from various levels within the organization.

• Provide initial assessment of issues and escalate to Tier 2 support when necessary.

• Assist with troubleshooting and problem resolution for drivers and other team members.

• Facilitate and coordinate replacement orders as needed.

• Provide support for setup and installation queries.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and technical issues.

• Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to manage customer data and communication.

• Organize and maintain files related to customer service and technical support.

• Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for the technical support team.

• Handle shipping functions related to the replacement orders. Requirements • Proficiency in administrative assistance tasks

• Strong customer service skills and experience

• Ability to perform data entry tasks efficiently and accurately

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word

• Experience in organizing files and maintaining a tidy workspace

• Ability to perform scanning tasks

• Experience in scheduling appointments effectively

• Familiarity with shipping functions and processes

• Ability to work as part of a team and independently

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• High school degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
