　　Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:Performs preventive and corrective maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles and heavy equipmentDiagnose and correct mechanical problemsWelding and fabricatingAbility to perform a variety of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic adjustments and repairs on gasoline and diesel-powered vehicles and heavy construction equipmentAbility to diagnose problems and make the appropriate adjustments, repairs, or replacements to electrical, hydraulic, engine, transmission, drive train, and mechanical systemsAbility to use a variety of tools including but not limited to: personal tools, common shop hand tools, hoist or crane equipment, grinders, welders, power tools, precision mechanic toolsMaintain a clean work environment and follow safe practices and proceduresProvide updates to Shop Foreman on all repairs and communicate effectively both verbally and in writingComplete required record keeping and reporting utilizing company software including Fleetio, Fleetwatcher, Insite and JProOther duties as assigned##

　　Requirements:Minimum of 2 years experience in heavy equipment mechanics - diesel and hydraulicsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredMust be able to work days, nights, or weekends as neededMust be able to meet company MVR requirements and have a valid Florida driver's license; CDL preferredEmployer conducts drug testing and background checkWe offer competitive salaries and fringe benefits.
