Job Purpose or Objective(s): You will report to the Senior Court Coordinator with direction from the Presiding District Court Judge and be responsible for the efficient delivery of administrative duties to the Healing to Wellness Court staff and judges observing all relevant policies and procedures.
Starting Salary: 55k
Primary Tasks:
Assist Healing to Wellness Court participants in each phase of the HTW Program, including ensuring all participants have completed all required paperwork and releases.
Maintain current, accurate and confidential participant files to reflect assessment and services.
You will work with community agencies and referral sources who are in positions to assist participants in meeting program goals.
Schedule visits with clients and follow up with case management.
Acquire, maintain, and care for education resources. (e.g., crisis services, treatment options, resources, videos).
You will help identify and refer participants to appropriate services.
Plan and prepare weekly schedules of participant events, secure necessary resources, organize single and group activities.
Identify, plan, and prepare education workshops and presentations.
Participate in meetings and court proceedings related to program delivery.
You will evaluate program activities by developing and utilizing participant evaluation forms or any tools or methods deemed necessary.
Work with Fiscal & Operations Administrator on program budget and deliver programming accordingly.
Maintain cooperative relationships with treatment agencies, tribal and community organizations, CN Probation, and other agencies.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in human services/mental health, criminal justice, social work or another related field or four (4) years of directly related experience.
Ability to assist in an administrative setting, within a team-oriented environment.
Knowledge of individual case planning, case management, and working with individuals in a helping capacity.
Excellent case management skills
Excellent public relationship skills and knowledge of available Choctaw Nation and community resources.
Ability to engage people to build trust and repertoire.
Knowledge of Healing to Wellness Court goals and strategies, and violence and addiction reduction initiatives.
Ability to help plan educational and preventative one-on-one or support groups.
Proficiency in case management/database applications.
Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a criminal background check.
