Client has two residences, one in Salt Lake City and one in Park City. Must be willing to travel to both locations for shift depending on the day. Personal Assistant - Caregiver Responsibilities * Various personal care services in home care * Providing assistance with daily tasks, including but not limited to:* Meal preparation, shower and toileting assistance, light housekeeping, transportation, outdoor activities, and shopping * Computer tasks such as online ordering and internet navigation * Additional tasks when requested by client and approved by the office * Documenting observed changes to the Director of Nursing Personal Assistant - Caregiver Requirements * High school diploma or GED and be at least 18 yrs of age * College degree in any area strongly preferred * Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray - may obtain after hire * Licensed driver with insured and reliable automobile with proof of insurance * Computer skills such as web navigation and online ordering * Food preparation experience and ability to cook * Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client.
