Job Description:

　　Maintenance opening on 1st shift! This position is for an plastic injection and extrusion company. Prior experienced in plastic shops is highly preferred.

　　Floor has up to 500 ton injection mold presses and Plastic Extrusion equipment

　　Screw in dies. Valve, Hydraulic ran machines. Water coolers to cool parts

　　Troubleshooting 3 axis robots, hot runner systems, up to 480v

　　Preventative maintenance routines

　　Hydraulic ran machines may need pumps and motors replaced

　　PLC troubleshooting issues, prox switches, sensors, lock-out tag out.

　　Pay Rate/Shift:

　　$50,000 - $62,000

　　1st shift: 6:30am to 2:30pm

　　5-6 days/week, if working a Saturday this week, will have the next weekend off

　　Must Have Qualifications:

　　3+ years Plastic Injection Maintenance Experience

　　500 ton experience

　　3 years Hydraulic troubleshooting

　　Troubleshooting of 480V

　　3 axis robot troubleshooting/repair

　　Nice To Have Qualifications:

　　Plastic Processing experience

　　5-7 years of Plastic Injection experience

　　Rotary, 2 shot experience

　　Bolstered Tool/Stack

　　6 axis robot troubleshooting/repair

　　Extrusion experience
