　　Job Duties and Responsibilities

　　We are seeking a strategic, innovative problem-solver and product owner to oversee the Device Services team for our Wireless Product Division. Reporting to the VP of Wireless Products, the Head of Device Services will manage the strategy, planning and daily operations for device financing, insurance and trade-in programs across wireless brands and channels.

　　The individual will work cross-functionally with sales and marketing to define products, select and manage vendors, support go-to-market strategies and manage each product lifecycle, roadmap and business contributions. This position will play a vital role in the growth and long-term success of our company. You will have the opportunity to lend your vision to how DISH Wireless engages, collaborates and ultimately competes in the marketplace for both consumers and enterprise customers.

　　In this role, you will:

　　Build, manage and lead a team of subject matter experts for each product category including product management, program management, and reporting & analysis;Develop the strategies for Device Financing, Device Protection, and Trade In platforms and products that delivers the highest value to the organization. Define and maintain KPIs and success metrics for products to guide portfolio decisions and drive business results;Foster strong working relationships with strategic partners and vendors related to the products;Collaborate with a variety of technical, operational and business teams to develop and manage the products throughout their lifecycle and across brands and channelsBe the primary primary product owner across wireless to ensure optimization and efficiency for the company as a whole

　　Skills, Experience and Requirements

　　Ideal Head of Device Services candidates will have:

　　Bachelor's degree in product management, business, economics or related fields8+ years of relevant work experience with a deep knowledge of financing, insurance and trade-in productsStrong experience with vendor managementExperience defining and building consumer financial services productsExperience in the wireless or consumer electronics industry, preferred.Salary Range

　　compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
