Your role

　　Are you an expert when it comes to Data Protection, Key Management and Encryption. Do you have proven ability to solve complex issues, covering both technical and business needs?

　　We are looking for someone like that who can help us:

　　• manage secure key management, Digital rights management, and other data protection services

　　• manage Azure cloud-based data protection applications such as O365 DLP, RMS, Azure key vault etc.

　　• act as the incident manager for the respective services managed within the support portfolio

　　• analyze outages and defective states, initiating and monitoring measures for remediation

　　• analyze complexity and feasibility of new or changed requirements

　　• directing the technical resolution of any issues by working with engineering, product managers, infrastructure teams ensuring appropriate technical resources were engaged, and coordinating investigation efforts

　　• managing the development of new processes and overseeing improvements on existing processes in order to increase overall efficiency

　　• propose and implement systems enhancements

　　Your team

　　You will work in the DCP operational team in data protection. We are responsible for operational stability and availability of the Data Protection services to protect data in transit or at rest.

　　The Data Confidentiality Protection operational team is responsible for Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management for the supported Solutions. You will also be involved in managing the testing and deployment of new security software and solutions into the production environment.

　　We are a global team located in Switzerland, USA and India.

　　Your expertise

　　• ideally 5+ years of experience in the IT industry, specifically with security applications installations, configuration and troubleshooting (e.g. Hardware Security Modules and key management solutions.

　　• an understanding of cryptography concepts such as key exchange, key management within on prem and on cloud.

　　• experience with leading security technology vendors (e.g. Thales, Broadcom, Microsoft, Symantec etc.)

　　• a deep understanding of decryption services and unstructured data protection components such as Protected emails, document classification etc.

　　• Splunk development experience in creating Dashboards, RegEx queries

　　• strong skills in the following operating system platform and Databases: MS Windows, Linux, UNIX, MS SQL, Oracle, Postgres SQL

　　• experience in Python or Perl scripting language and hands-on experience of Automation tools - Appdynamics / IPSoft / Automation Anywhere/Big panda

　　• Azure/CISM/CISSP certifications preferred
