Followings will be the responsibilities of the position holder:

　　To provide support for all operation & maintenance activity in OSD plant to ensure smooth & safe working.

　　Maintain all production equipment, facilities and utilities in an effective operating and compliant state.

　　Continually' evaluate processes to ensure optimal equipment reliability. Data analysis to ensure efficient preventative maintenance for reduction in production "down time" and minimize resources required for reactive maintenance by using OPEX/ maintenance excellence tools.

　　Operate and maintain site utilities. Validate all utilities to ensure they function as intended in accordance with user specifications, cGMP requirements.

　　To identify future needs and create long term technology improvement plans for equipment and control systems.

　　Initiate and lead introduction of new assets, equipment and systems.that will contribute to the business strategic direction.

　　To prepare the strategic initiative to create a safe work culture ate site.

　　Strategic projects initiative, evaluation and execution, De-bottle necking assignments, GMP upgradation projects

　　Drive Continuous Improvement to meet world class manufacturing standards using Operational Excellence principles while continuously developing Engineering best practices.

　　Run an efficient and effective Engineering activity through managing the Engineering site budget and resources.

　　Lead CAPEX projects from concept to completion, ensuring execution according to a planned schedule, budget , EHS & quality requirements.

　　Qualification – B.Tech (Electrical/ Mechanical)

　　Experience – 15+ preferred in Pharma Industry

　　Team Size – 50-60 numbers
