You will be supporting two of our Maryland office locations, working within multiple counties, specifically Baltimore, Harford, and Cecil. Your role is pivotal, nurturing relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and community organizations. Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 base plus commission and auto allowance  Responsibilities: * Building and maintaining strong relationships by engaging with local communities, senior centers, and healthcare facilities to promote services and form partnerships. * Developing and implementing referral-building strategies to increase awareness of Griswold services. * Identify and cultivate potential leads through digital platforms, phone, and face-to-face interactions. * Educate local community groups and businesses on our services, ensuring a clear understanding of how we enhance their quality of life. * Accurately record client information in our CRM system. * Collaborate with the team for efficient client intake and transitions, facilitating a seamless care transition. * Organize and participate in community events to promote services and foster connections.
