　　Salary Range: $70,000 to $80,000 based on experience and demonstrated abilities. Benefits include paid holidays & leave time, NYS retirement, and health & dental insurance.

　　Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Conduct on-going job search activities, maintain, and make available work-based learning opportunities to the students. Develop and conduct scheduled visitations of all co-op work experience placements on a regular basis. Supporting students as they develop a strong work ethic, pride in their work and the foundational skills employers have identified; willingness to develop/grow/promote the program to include all learners; and differentiating instruction to ensure all students experience success. Must hold a commitment to promoting equity, practicing cultural responsiveness, and creating inclusive environments
