About Head Bartender

　　Japan Village Inc. is hiring a Head Bartender in Brooklyn, New York to serve unique artistic Japanese-style alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (50+ original cocktails); create new seasonal cocktails; hand-carve (Japanese method) ice; create infused syrups/liquors; prepare fresh juices; create unique fruit/herb garnishes; train staff in mixology and rare Japanese liquors (150+ types); ensure smooth bar operation, regulatory compliance. $63,300 per year.Requirements: At least four years of experience in the art of Japanese mixology, bartending, bar management, creating custom cocktails, designing unique seasonal menus, creating custom syrups and garnishes, training staff in Japanese bartending style.Send resume and cover to Takuya Yoshida, Chief Operating Officer, Japan Village Inc. at [email protected].
