Production Worker

　　We’re seeking a Spanish Liaison for our team. In this role, you will work with Human Resources, facilitate orientation for new hires, and translate ( verbal and written ) as needed. You don’t have to love turkey to fit in here, but you do have to be a dependable team player. 　　What you will do:

　　Job Responsibilities

　　Facilitate orientation and other trainings for new and existing employees.

　　Translate (verbal and written) as needed.

　　Maintain personnel records (maintain confidentiality of all records and information)

　　Must be able to work with Oracle, ADP, AwardCo, Alchemy and any other systems in HR.

　　Departmental announcements at break with Team Leaders.

　　Bring employees to their appointments (work related).

　　And any other tasks asked from your manager or tech.

　　Minimum Qualifications

　　Great interpersonal skills

　　Well-developed written and verbal communication skills

　　Ability to work independently.

　　Bilingual skills verbal and written (Spanish/English)

　　Team Player

　　Great attendance record

　　Must be able to be trusted with confidential sensitive information.

　　Base knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc...What you will receive:
