Description:
Reporting to Senior Leadership, under minimal supervision and according to general directions, performs duties of a highly confidential and complex nature that require a comprehensive knowledge of organizational policies, practices and procedures. Composes and prepares complex correspondence, gathers and interprets information to develop complex reports, maintains departmental files, monitors departmental budgets and provides exemplary customer service to internal and external customers. Supports the Mission of Trinity Health and Holy Cross Health.
The Senior Executive Administrative Assistant will:
Perform duties of a highly confidential nature that require a comprehensive knowledge of organizational policies, practices and procedures with minimal supervision and within general direction
Provide coordination for projects, secretarial and administrative support for Senior Leadership and for distributing responses to staff when both are unavailable to do so.
Organize the schedule and files of the office so that information is appropriately available when needed.
Compose and prepare complex correspondence, gather and interpret information to develop complex reports, maintain departmental files, monitor departmental budgets and provide exemplary customer service to internal and external customers.
Assist with analyses and presentations in PowerPoint, Excel and Word that provide information to executive management.
Supports the Mission of Trinity Health and Holy Cross Health.
