This position is responsible for providing quality verbal and written support services to customers. This position is also responsible for handling general business questions along with vendor inquiries.
Answer customer calls and resolve issues or concerns within predefined parametersRespond to customer complaints by the timely coordination of field input where requiredRespond to internet inquires or concerns and resolve as neededMaintain files and report the monthly activity of callsQualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six to twelve months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience with Microsoft Office to include Word and Excel
