Guest Services Agent, Lodge Kohler

　　Opportunity

　　Join our guest services team — the heartbeat of our business and the warmth our guests remember long after their stay. Our Lodge Kohler team leads an action-packed boutique hotel just yards from Lambeau Field, home of the Green Bay Packers.

　　Specific responsibilities include:

　　Providing guests with prompt, courteous service that exceeds their expectations

　　Assisting guests with their arrival, departure, luggage, and vehicles

　　Valet parking vehicles

　　Driving the guest shuttle in the Green Bay area

　　Identification of guest and room number, analyzing the logistics and the most efficient procedures of bringing luggage to guest’s room

　　Maintaining a working knowledge of all in-house facilities and hours of operation, as well as daily activities and area attractions

　　Identifying guest and room number, analyze the logistics and the most efficient procedures of bringing luggage to guest's room Miscellaneous deliveries required by guest or hotel staff

　　Maintaining a clean work area, including all common rooms and storage closets

　　This is a full-time opportunity. Shifts will be from 6:00am to 10:00pm, weekdays and weekends.

　　Skills/Requirements

　　Applicants must have a valid driver's license and be within the guidelines of Kohler Co. corporate insurance policy and be at least 18 years of age

　　Prior experience with customer service preferred

　　The hourly pay range for this position is $14.50 + tips/gratuity . The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
