　　The Inventory Senior Associate is responsible for providing logistic support to the Global Field Services team and will join the Demo Pool to provide primary support to the Platform Installation capability for the L3Harris business. This highly motivated individual will also support demonstrations, tradeshows, trials, training, and other related activities across the Asia Pacific region.

　　What the role will involve

　　The responsibilities of your role will include the following:

　　Provide logistics support to L3HCA Platform Installation programs, Lead and Program Manager

　　Conduct the management and accountability of program equipment

　　Raise and manage all documentation relating to the movement of equipment

　　Conduct all stocktaking, purchasing and acquisition responsibilities and planning for management of equipment

　　Competent in MILIS and demonstrate practical knowledge of issue/receipt/SCA transactions

　　Liaise appropriately with logistic service providers, freight forwarders and customs

　　Undertake local disposal action of non-licensed obsolete or damaged equipment as directed by the L3Harris Corporation demo department

　　What you’ll bring

　　The role of Inventory Senior Associate requires the following experience and skills:

　　TLI31610 – Certificate III in Warehousing Operations

　　Minimum 4 years previous experience in a similar position with previous exposure to a high tempo logistics environment (preferably Australian Defence Force)

　　Previous experience with internal logistics and COMSEC account management experience

　　Ability to operate independently with minimal direction

　　Excellent written and oral communication skills

　　Practical knowledge and understanding of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)

　　Ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security Clearance (AGSVA) NV2
