　　Job Description:

　　This function will be responsible for purchase requisitions and purchase orders creation, review and approval process; purchasing vendor modification request process; blocked invoices troubleshooting; vendor claims troubleshooting and general customer service. Primary purpose of the position is to perform Procurement and sometimes Sourcing activities related to Direct and Indirect Spend for both internal and external customers. Be a team player and working towards to create best practices and exceed individual and department goals.

　　Main Responsibilities:

　　Responsible to create, review and occasional approve purchases requisition.

　　Responsible to create, review and occasional approve purchases orders.

　　Process vendor maintenance requests.

　　Troubleshoot invoices with purchases issues to ensure proper registration and resolution.

　　On time and on quality delivery of Sourcing/Procurement Operations.

　　Meet KPI and external metrics.

　　Interact with both internal and external customers.

　　Understand Company’s Principles and Procedures.

　　Qualifications/Requirements:

　　Bachelor level or almost finish university/college degree in Business Administration or a related Engineering.

　　2+ years of experience working in similar roles.

　　Intermediate/Advance English skills.

　　Intermediate Excel skills.

　　Team Player and excellent communication skills
