They can build their own schedule and choose from different types of opportunities (scheduled-ahead blocks, instant offers), all while making great earnings. Amazon Flex is powered by a mobile app that works in concert with our advanced systems, allowing partners to sign in, grab an offer for a time, check out a map of the location, and more.
We are seeking an Growth Marketing Manager for Amazon Flex. In this role, you will own the deployment and experimentation of new ways for acquiring Amazon Flex delivery partners. You will own analysis, strategy, measurement, testing, and execution of region specific and national acquisition projects. You will work closely with business, management, the leadership team, local operations experts, and other stakeholders like Legal and PR within the business unit to ensure alignment to overall objectives.

Key job responsibilities
• Build mechanisms such as research and feedback forums to uncover growth opportunities
• Manage end-to-end execution of multiple projects and campaigns
• Maintain and refine scalable, repeatable and comparable methods of measurement and performance tracking for campaigns
• Continuously optimize successful campaigns and build strategy to scale
• Develop the marketing materials, creatives for acquisition campaigns
• Ensure a best in class onboarding experience, improving the conversion of candidates through the onboarding lifecycle
• Earn trust from internal and external partners, manage multiple projects, and balancing contending priorities in a rapidly changing environment
• Work with regional and global teams to share ideas, best practice and results to contribute other market’s growth

Basic Qualifications
4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
Business level of English and Japanese
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
Excited about working in a diverse group and contributing to an inclusive culture
