　　At Amazon, we've been investing deeply in building the right solutions that allow you to derive the most value from your storage infrastructure. AWS is looking for a solutions architect for our Storage team, who will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) helping customers to design complex solutions. As part of the team, you will work closely with customers in one or more industry verticals (Financial Services, Media and Entertainment, Manufacturing, Technology, Health Care and Life Sciences, Retail, etc.) to enable large-scale use cases and drive the adoption of advanced AWS services. You will interact with other Solution Architects in the field, providing guidance on their customer engagements, and you will develop white papers, blogs, reference implementations, and presentations to enable customers to fully leverage AWS. You will engage with product owners to influence product direction and help our customers tap into new markets by utilizing GenAI along with AWS Services.

　　Job location - Seattle or the SF Bay Area. Travel up to 25%.

　　Key job responsibilities

　　• Working closely with our product and field teams and 3rd party model providers, you will help enable new capabilities for our customers to develop and deploy GenAI workloads on AWS infrastructure

　　• Design best in class storage infrastructure solutions for all stages of customer and product lifecycles.

　　• You will have the technical depth and business experience to deploy storage and data strategies in the context of GenAI and ML applications.

　　• Partner with SAs, Sales, Business Development and Service teams to accelerate customer adoption and revenue attainment.

　　• You will also work closely with account teams, research scientists, and product teams to drive model implementations and new solutions.

　　• Thought Leadership - Evangelize and share best practices through forums such as AWS blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures and public-speaking events such as AWS Summit, AWS re: Invent, etc.

　　• Act as a technical liaison between customers and the AWS teams to provide customer driven product improvement feedback.

　　• Develop and support an AWS internal community of related subject matter experts.

　　Basic Qualifications

　　8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience

　　3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience

　　10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience

　　Technical Communication Skills; able to bridge the gap between business outcomes and technical requirements.

　　Familiarity with AI/ML and how Storage technology is leveraged for modern data solutions.

　　Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $122,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $239,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
