Grow & Brooder Turkey Farm Manager

　　This Farm Manager will be responsible for growing and brooding beautiful, well-cared-for, healthy turkeys for our placement farms.  

　　Select Genetics presents a solid platform to serve customers nationally and internationally by providing quality poults, service, and innovation.  Select Genetics is the leading supplier of poults to growers and companies worldwide. 

　　Here are some of the Farm Manager's requirements:

　　To follow the company's policies, rules, and regulations for Biosecurity, Animal Welfare, and Safety.

　　Successfully work with live animals.

　　Knowledge and/or experience of animal husbandry and welfare preferred.

　　Does not own or operate around backyard poultry operations off-duty.

　　Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

　　High school diploma or equivalent.

　　Bi-lingual in Spanish speaking skills are a plus.

　　Follow the directives of the Service Tech and Breeder Manager.

　　Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

　　Organize and prioritize responsibilities to ensure efficient operations.

　　Exhibit courtesy and a professional image in everything you do.

　　A solid understanding of fundamental business practices; excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and listening; the ability to be self-sufficient and to organize and prioritize work; ability to work under pressure; the ability to read and interpret relevant technical, industry, government regulations, and legislation; the ability to comfortably interact.
