　　We are a busy OB/GYN office located in Grand Blanc looking to hire a Front Desk Receptionist!

　　Position requires an applicant who has excellent social and communication skills, the ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced office and must be reliable. We are willing to train the right candidate!

　　Work Week Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 7:30AM-5:00PM

　　Job description

　　We are a busy OB/GYN office seeking a friendly fulltime medical receptionist.

　　Medical Receptionist responsibilities and expectations:

　　Greeting patients

　　Checking patients in and out for appointments

　　Scheduling appointments

　　Collecting & processing co-pays / patient payments

　　Answer incoming calls on a multi-line phone system

　　Update patient information [data entry

　　Scanning documents

　　Faxing and copying records

　　Qualifications:

　　Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients, healthcare providers and other staff members.

　　Ability to work efficiently in a face pace/ busy office.

　　Reliable and responsible.

　　Education / Experience and Requirements:

　　High School diploma or GED.

　　Previous experience in medical field preferred but not required.

　　Reliable transportation.
