　　Your Key Responsibilities

　　Lead a team of simulation engineers to support internal customers with analytical evidence for proof of concept designWork closely with testing teams to correlate and implement improvement in simulation modelsCollaborate with Schaeffler regional and global colleagues to share best practices for CAE simulation tool chains and lessons learnedAdvise internal customers in all matters regarding structural durability simulations and design improvement recommendations to meet requirementsPrepare recommendations and decision-making reports for R&D management to initiate methodological changesMaintain clear communication with internal customers to advise on design decisions and actively participate on internal cross-functional teams

　　Your Qualifications

　　Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering related fieldMinimum of 5 years of applicable engineering experienceAbility to simulate complex systems and articulate results in a straightforward, concise manner to support Schaeffler design teamsAbility to present and discuss simulation topics with external customersExperience conducting simulations for system level models such as hybrid modules, e-axles, engine, and transmission componentsExperience/exposure to simulation tools such as ANSYS, Abaqus, Simufact, Hypermesh, MATLAB, SimulinkExperience in fatigue-based tools such as fesafe, FKM, FEMFAT, ANSYS fatigue
