Job Description

Join our team as a Renovation Tech, working in dynamic duos to bring vacant apartments back to life. You'll engage in various renovation tasks including basic plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and drywall repairs. This position requires precision and a hands-on approach to effectively manage and execute the refurbishment tasks.

This is a fully on-site position in Yorba Linda, California.

Work Environment

This full-time position operates in a first-shift schedule, Monday through Friday from 7:45 AM to 4:30 PM. All team members work in pairs, ensuring support and collaboration while refurbishing apartments.
