　　Essential Functions

　　Maintains Home's grounds, including mowing, trimming, watering, raking, planting shrubs and trees.

　　Removes garbage and trash from all outside living units and Home's grounds.

　　Clears assigned areas of snow.

　　Lifts and carries shrubs and equip­ment weighing 20 to 50 pounds. Pushes and pulls lawn and snow equipment

　　Performs other duties as assigned.

　　Skills/Qualifications

　　Elementary school education and ability to understand and follow instruc­tions.

　　3-6 months of groundskeeping experien­ce or will train on site.
