　　The Groom/CFX Artist is responsible for creating and managing photo-real and physically accurate hair, fur, feathers, cloth, skin and/or muscle simulations. 

　　Responsibilities and Work Duties include: 

　　Build and manage hair, fur, feathers, cloth, skin and/or muscle simulations of character assets. 

　　Groom hair, fur and feathers to meet creative and technical requirements. 

　　Groom shader/texture experience a bonus. 

　　Provide both technical and creative recommendations for simulations. 

　　Execute Client and Supervisor notes and provide revisions based on feedback. 

　　Collaborate with various departments such as Anim, Rigging, Look Development and Lighting. 

　　Skills and Experience Requirements: 

　　1+ years' experience in a live-action VFX Environment with a solid understanding of pipeline flow.  

　　High level proficiency with Houdini. 

　　Desired skills - Maya, MEL scripting, Python.  

　　A strong understanding of real world physics.   

　　Ability to multitask, prioritize and problem solve in a fast paced environment.  

　　A team player with excellent communication skills.
