　　We are looking for Grinder Operators for a 1st shift position for client in Spartanburg, SC. This is a temp to hire position with great benefits including Medical Insurance, Paid Time Off and 401K Starting Pay $16.00/hour 6:00am - 4:30pm Monday-Thursday Requirements:

　　Must be able to use tape measure, calipers and other gauges

　　Must be able to read blue prints

　　Must be able to lift 50-100 pounds (With assistance)

　　GED/High School Diploma Required

　　Must complete employment drug screening

　　salary: $15.99 - $16 per hour

　　work hours: 6 AM - 4:30 PM

　　Responsibilities

　　Using grinder to clean and rough finish surfaces

　　Removing excess weld, inspecting for cracks, and using grinder to remove cracks in profile surfaces, ingots, billets and forgings

　　Operating one or more sanding machines and or hand held grinder/sander, equipped with belts or heads

　　Visually examining and feeling stock to verify smoothness, flatness and any imperfections

　　Ability to work in assembly areas as needed

　　Installing skins to doors using hand tools

　　The essential functions of this role include:

　　wearing steel toe shoes

　　manual lifting up to 50lbs

　　standing for 10 hours at one time
