　　Includes rotating weekends and holidays

　　Duties:

　　Assist in overseeing and preparing food in proper quantity and quality to meet menu requirements for residents, staff, and special eventsKnow correct food temperatures and sanitary practicesInterpret production schedules and know portion controlProvide supervisory duties in the absence of Cooks, Nutritional Services Coordinators, and DirectorsQualifications:
