　　Responsibilities:                                                                                                                                                       

　　Saute, grill and rotisserie food for guests made to order

　　Create, cost and price specials as needed

　　Identify and work with raw meat.

　　Provide excellent customer service to our guests

　　Produce, validate and store foods by recipe in a timely manner.

　　Receive, store, and rotate all food/paper stock.

　　Follow procedures and existing recipes.

　　Maintain a sense of self pride and passion of food, service and high standards.

　　Qualifications:

　　1 year of grill experience in a high volume environment

　　Knowledge of appropriate grilling, cooking and cleaning procedures

　　Excellent customer service skills

　　Positive, optimistic, enthusiastic and self-confident attitude. 

　　Operates calmly and proactively in stressful situations.

　　Push or pull food carts weighing up to 150 pounds.
