　　Are you a Cyber Security Leader with a passion to led, assess, and implement best in class Information Security capabilities in a manufacturing environment to ensure billion-dollar brands can make, pack, and ship?

　　As the Site Cyber Security Leader at Procter & Gamble, you will be the senior security expert at our Box Elder plant, responsible to ensure the plant is not negatively impacted by an information security incident. You will lead and represent all areas related to Information and Cyber Security to protect the plant from security threats. You will accomplish your mission by hands-on execution and leading a matrix team of P&G and Contractor resources.

　　Responsibilities

　　Develop, Deploy, and ensure Execution of the Site Security Strategy implementing industry leading security technologies, systems, and processes.

　　Threat Identification and Risk Mitigation at the plant

　　Build, maintain, and consult on a plant defense-in-depth security posture that includes: Industrial Control Systems, Network Security, Endpoint Security, and Application Security

　　Lead and ensure the local Incident Response process

　　Perform self-assessments and implement risk mitigation plans to ensure compliance with industry best practices and internal Policies and Standards

　　Job Qualifications

　　Required

　　Proven experience in Information/Cyber Security as a SOC Analyst, Security Architecture and Engineering, Forensics, Risk Analyst, Developer, System Administrator, or NOC Engineer

　　Proven experience in protecting Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems

　　Familiar with the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Cybersecurity Framework (CSF)

　　Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information/Cyber Security, Information Technology, or related fields

　　Proficient self-starter with the ability to influence others and explain complex security ideas in business context

　　Preferred

　　Certified in Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP) and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or ability to obtain them within 3 years.

　　Strong understanding and have implemented the NIST CSF

　　5+ years of hands-on experience implementing security controls and protecting ICS and SCADA systems
