In this position, you will develop and implementeffective communications strategies, coordinate community engagement,manage stakeholder development and coordinate related collateral. Inaddition, you\'ll work closely with the Communications Team and internalclients to develop and implement strategic communications plans designedto generate external news about our products, services, purpose-drivenstrategy and Clean Energy Vision. This is a hybrid position and will work remotely and report tothe Cedar Rapids, IA or Madison, WI office an average of one to twotimes per week. Most of this travelwill consist of day trips with occasional overnight travel required.What you will do * Develops effective communications and marketingstrategies and tactical communication plans for routine and moderatelycomplex programs. * Executes tactical strategies and plans withconsultation from communications and marketing leadership. * Developscommunications and marketing planning activities to align withcommunications and marketing strategy. * Successfully develops andcoordinates internal and external communications initiatives andprojects. * Operates with moderate supervision on the regular executionof broad-based communications and marketing initiatives. * Withguidance and general oversight, generates communications plans and forkey stakeholders. Ensures communication and marketing activities meetcustomers\' timing and objectives and considers potential impacts onother planned communications or marketing activities. * Participates inkey stakeholder events to enhance company reputation and brand. * Mayhave general responsibility for one or more groups of customers, such asbusiness units or multiple departments. * May participate oncross-functional teams and/or project activities. * May act as externalspokesperson for moderately complex external inquiries. * Engages inother duties as needed that support Alliant Energy\'s Values and helpsdeliver on our Purpose to serve customers and build strongercommunities.
