　　Position Overview:

　　Designers work on pushing the limits of creative possibilities at UFC. The Creative team is comprised of individuals that push each other each day in a creative culture that embraces new ideas. This role requires strong passion and knowledge of graphic design principles, critical thinking, and willingness to work with constructive criticism.

　　Essential Functions:

　　Produces artwork for marketing print and digital campaigns, including but not limited to UFC Fight Poster, Key Art, billboards, newspaper ads, marketing kits, magazine ads, television graphics, web and social media assets, cable guide ads, event programs and other projects as assigned. Creates new ideas and fresh designs as assigned for print, web and broadcast deliverables, servicing a variety of internal UFC departments.Resizes existing artwork as assigned for print, web and broadcast assets.Works in collaboration with other designers internally and externally.Helps to ensure consistency and continuity with brand identity in all assets. Performs other duties as assigned.

　　Skills & Experience:

　　4+ years' experience in design at an agency, in-house creative team or freelance Expert knowledge in Adobe Creative SuiteAdvanced level of creativity, with an eye for color theory and design principlesComputer literate in a Mac environmentAbility to work under pressure with tight deadlinesStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proofreading abilitiesAbility to manage time independently and multiple jobs simultaneouslyAbility to work with already established visual identity and brand standardsAbility to communicate effectively in English, orally and in writingAbility to maintain discretion and protect confidential informationGreat communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Professional, self-starting, "get-it-done" attitude and work ethic
