Description
We are looking for a passionate, innovative Graphic Designer to join a nonprofit organization. In this role, you will primarily be creating dynamic designs for various occasions, such as event programs, sponsorship displays, invitations, and live auction event collateral. Additionally, you will also be in charge of creating our annual Impact Report, which is highly critical to our fundraising efforts.
Responsibilities:
Designing engaging and compelling event collateral from start to end, including event invitations, programs, sponsorship displays, and auction collateral - be aware these designs predominantly have to be made without the use of templates.
Designing, creating, and delivering our annual Impact Report using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Delivering print and digital mailers throughout the year.
Providing fresh, creative input and maintaining our brand identity across all designs.
Requirements
Necessary Qualifications:
Proven graphic design experience - ideally within a nonprofit environment.
Extensive experience in developing event collateral.
Proficiency in print and digital media.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
Exceptional creativity and innovation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in developing annual reports.
Comfortably works on either Windows or MacOS.
The successful candidate must possess a portfolio that demonstrates adaptability, creativity, and strong graphic design skills. This individual must also work well under pressure, be able to meet strict deadlines, and have a keen eye for detail.
Please note: This role requires someone who can design from scratch, with design packages only provided for inspiration and no templates utilized.
