  Our Organization and Mission: The Office represents the State of Florida in state and federal civil and criminal courts, from trial courts to the Supreme Court of the United States.

  Pay: $42,000 - $42,666 Annually

  Position Summary: This position is in the Victim Services Unit.

  Qualifications: A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; or 4 years of administrative experience in the areas of accounting, banking, accounts receivable, payroll processing or other related field. Professional or nonprofessional experience in the areas of accounting, banking, accounts receivable, payroll processing or other related field can substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required college education.

  Preference will be given to those with previous grant management experience.

  The Work You Will Do: This position is responsible for, but not limited to the following duties:

  Prepare technical reviews of grant applications to ensure compliance with the grant program. 

  Conduct on-site monitoring, desk audits, and reviews for program compliance and prepares reports of findings and corrective action needed. 

  Review and recommend for approval change requests and invoices submitted by subgrantees. 

  Provide technical assistance to subgrantees on program requirements. 

  Monitor budget, expenditure, and reporting requirements of subgrantees. 

  Assist in the development and implementation of grant management, including budget, expenditure, report, and correspondence requirements of the grant program. 

  Prepare periodic progress and evaluation reports on grant activities. 

  Complete special assignments and perform related duties as assigned

  NOTE: This position may require extended hours and/or travel outside of the worksite.

  OAG employees are paid biweekly. All state employees are required to participate in the direct deposit program pursuant to s. 110.113, FS.
