The Grants and Accounts Receivable position will support NIHF with precision in Accounts Receivables, Pledges, and Grant processing.
Position Responsibilities:
Perform all aspects of Grant Accounting functions as they pertain to NIHF:
Accounts Receivable
Record and manage grants and pledges
Record and manage incoming donations
Grant Applications
Prepare budgets for potential grants
Provide financial reporting to the Fundraising Team
Perform grant-related monitoring and post-award functions
Budget and expense analysis
Assist program manager as applicable
Perform all aspects of Accounts Receivable
Invoicing
Payment application
Assist with year-end processes
Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
Prepare reports/analysis for audit

Credentials and Experience:
Experience working in Accounts Receivable with grants and pledges
Experience with grants monitoring and expense reporting
Federal and Government Grant experience preferred
Two-year Accounting degree minimum required
Must be Team oriented
