　　Job Summary

　　Performs tasks related to standard warehouse operations, staff oversight, and other duties as assigned.

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Service

　　Understand and can describe product offerings, packaging/presentation, inventory, and pricing

　　Performs regular cycle counts and inventory adjustments

　　Ensures all products are labeled and counted accurately on shelves

　　Assist with e-commerce operations and fulfillment

　　Performs other duties as assigned.

　　Supervision

　　Serves as lead point of contact for warehouse, or acting manager is absence of management

　　Lead fulfillment team in warehouse for timely e-commerce order fulfillment

　　Thorough knowledge of POS operating system

　　Controls

　　Follows proper receiving protocols

　　Accurately uses POS system

　　Communicates issues to management

　　Manages and controls all floor inventory and product offerings

　　Complete all assigned paperwork

　　Knowledgeable of Retail Cloud and atVenu POS system

　　Responsible for cycle counts and inventory levels within all warehouse locations

　　Assist with purchase order entry and AP/AR where applicable

　　Other duties and tasks assigned by supervisor/manager

　　Team

　　Displays a positive attitude towards teammates and managers

　　Proven ability to lead and communicate both verbally and written

　　Availability

　　Available for all high volume days or black out events

　　Available for Sports and Consignment events

　　Available for pick-up shifts within a reasonable ask from management

　　Available for extended shifts as needed

　　Available for count-ins, outs, and event preparation both consignment and sports

　　Qualifications:

　　Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds

　　Frequently reaches, lifts, stoops, bends, and cleans to maintain store area

　　Walks and stands during entire shift

　　Possible job hazards include, but are not limited to: slips, trips, falls, burns, cuts, and strains
