　　If you are a recent graduate looking to establish a career in risk and compliance field, we have an exciting opportunity for you. Equity Trustees, a leading financial services company, is currently seeking a Graduate Risk & Compliance Officer to join our team.

　　About the role

　　This position works collaboratively with several Business Support Partner's - Compliance, to support the implementation of Equity Trustees Enterprise-wide Compliance Management Framework, by ensuring that a robust system and approach to monitoring of compliance obligations and controls is developed and maintained across the specific business units. The role is part of the second line of defence in the 3 lines of defence model.

　　The successful candidate will be supported to learn and gain responsibilities across the EQT Group, for the following:

　　Incident & Breach management

　　Complaints Handling

　　Personal Trading Policy

　　Modern Slavery Policy

　　Assistance with AML/CTF

　　You will also gain extensive knowledge of the Regulatory environment that the Equity Trustees Group operates in.

　　What you'll need to succeed:

　　Tertiary qualification in a Business and/or Risk Management.

　　Desire to build career in risk and compliance field.

　　Demonstrated willingness to learn and follow instructions.

　　Demonstrated organisational and time management skills.

　　Strong communications skills, both written and verbal.

　　Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders with varying expectations.

　　Continuous improvement mindset.

　　Ability to organise and prioritise tasks and work efficiently and independently, as well as in a broader team.
