　　Duties include:

　　Build compelling, clear, and powerful visualizations of our data.

　　Build predictive models that help the business and operations be betterat targeting customers, develop better pricing and products that serveunmet customer needs, or change internal processes/practices thatimprove profitability and throughput.

　　Work closely with the leadership to ensure that they clearly understandthe business priorities and are working on the right projects.

　　Use consumer data, statistical and financial concepts, and open-sourcetools to uncover trends, stories, and business insights.

　　Communicate with internal partners to define appropriate data reportsand dashboards that become integral to the decision-making process.

　　Simulate different business scenarios and supporting senior leadersunderstand the impact and make decisions on different market actionsthat drive volume, profitability, and market share.

　　Partner with and coach data scientists to turn complex models intounderstandable stories that expose novel insights into a seeminglyintractable problem.

　　Move the business forward and enable better decisions to be made in lesstime.

　　Hire, coach, develop and manage the performance of all team members.

　　Ensure Offerpad values are adhered to and consistently demonstrated.
