　　In our six-week Graduate Program, we will prepare you both professionally and technically for your first project assignment which will start right after the program at one of our clients in the area of Telecommunications, Media, or Consumer Electronics. Together with professional trainers, you will dive into requirements engineering and business process management. You will deepen your specialist knowledge and strengthen your soft skills so that you can soon identify and tackle the needs and challenges of well-known companies as a permanent member of the Accenture team.What awaits you

　　Get ready. Working in small groups, you will learn how to analyze business processes, derive requirements and translate them into IT concepts.

　　Expand your knowledge about agile methods.Have you heard of design thinking, classic or agile working models at some point, but lack the practical relevance? With us, you can catch up - including official certifications as a Scrum Master (PSM I) and Certified Agile Requirements Specialist (CARS).

　　Take off with us.After your successful final exam of the Graduate Program, things really get going: a permanent employment contract, exciting jobs and the global Accenture network await you. By the way: The Graduate Program is already part of your probationary period.

　　Successfully completed master's degree in business information systems, computer science, engineering, or business administration with IT specialization.

　　Ideally first professional experience at the interface between business and IT within the telecommunications, media, or consumer electronics industry.

　　Basic knowledge in agile technology and software development (e.g. Scrum/SAFe).

　　You are characterized by your analytical-conceptual thinking and your ability to grasp things quickly.

　　You are fluent in German and English, both orally and in writing.
