  Precise Systems is searching for a Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) Management Analyst, Journey to support the H-60 Multi-Mission Helicopters Program (PMA-299).

  Description: Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget, and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management. Provide technical expertise and recommendations on the MH-60R, MH-60S and production GFE efforts. Collect and coordinate and analyze technical requirements that will be used in the preparation of documentation for the acquisition and procurement of GFE, ancillary equipment, and peculiar ground support equipment. Inventory and monitor all GFE deliveries and equipment. Supports the overall Program and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).

  Responsibilities for this position include:

  · Maintain asset records in Navy ERP, NAVAIR’s Accountable Property System of Record (APSR) for PMA 299-owned GE/GFE from procurement to disposition. Make updates after completion of annual wall-to-wall inventories.

  · Maintain OM&S/Government Furnished Material (GFM) in Navy ERP from procurement to consumption. Post Goods Receipts of GFM/AURs upon DD250 in Navy ERP. Issue out OIS-managed OM&S from Navy ERP upon receipt into OIS. Issue out GFM upon receipt at vendor.

  · Liaise with Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) representatives to coordinate responses to Plant Clearance cases for disposition of PMA 299 property, providing appropriate instructions for shipment of property to be disposed of.

  · Coordinate shipment of property required utilizing appropriate Transportation Account Code (TAC).

  · Assist with managing physical inventories of all PMA 299 property, as required, making necessary corrections to the APSR within the mandated timeframe. Maintain Key Supporting Documentation (KSD) for all receipts, movements, and disposal/consumption of Government Furnished Property (GFP).

  · Engage with PMA 299 detachment personnel at prime vendor site to support various GFP-related tasks, including tracking of DD-250s of procured materials and equipment.

  · Pull down property-related CDRLs from TOMIS. Consolidate GFM CDLRs into single PMA299 GFM inventory list.

  · Utilize the GFP Module of Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) to create/maintain GFP attachments and shipping notifications for multiple Tomahawk hardware contracts.

  · Liaise with other NAVAIR program offices and external organizations regarding property shipments and rent-free use agreements. Coordinate/Obtain required paperwork and approvals.

  · Validate and coordinate approval of Property Transfer Requests (PTRs) processed to move accountability of GFP between Tomahawk contracts at the Prime Vendor. Ensure all transactions are supported by appropriate documentation.

  · Assist teams with adhoc material requirements to determine inventory availability.

  Education : BS or BA degree in a Program Management, Technical, or Business analysis discipline. Allowable substitution: an AS or AA degree and an additional four (4) years of experience; OR an additional six (6) years of relevant experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.

  Experience: Three to Seven Years of experience is required for this position.

  Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
