SUMMARYThe GTM Rotational Development Program provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on, broad commercial experience by completing four rotations across various business functions. Each rotation is intentionally designed and includes experiential learning, mentoring relationships, and responsibility in real roles in the following areas: 1. Strategy & Transformation 2. Marketing 3. Sales and Order Operations 4. Sales Operations. Participants will gain valuable experience working alongside mentors on real-life projects, develop critical skills to jump-start their careers, and build a network by collaborating with company leaders and teams across the organization.
In August of each year, our GTM Analysts begin their work rotating through four challenging assignments (six months each) in Ansys's GTM organization. The rotations give the analysts first-hand exposure to Ansys's business processes and values. The program also emphasizes professional development with formal and informal feedback, and exposure to executives throughout the rotation. The rotational assignments are based at Ansys's corporate center in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania.
At the end of the two-year program, the GTM Analysts will ideally be placed as an Analyst in one of our GTM teams. The program is designed to develop the analysts to take the next step in their careers, and ultimately, in their careers as future Ansys business leaders.

Key responsibilities within the four rotational assignments include:
Strategy and Transformation
Assist in the creation of a real-time, standardized PowerBI analysis that answers broad-based questions around the impact of our GTM Strategy and Programs
Support the Territory Management and User Lifecycle Program within Sales360 by defining the business goals, outcomes, requirements, scope, and objectives
Develop Ansys' strategy on idle accounts as well as create rules of engagement for direct/indirect engagement on "idle" accounts
Define and create operational process to maintain the segmentation strategy with our direct and channel partner teams
MarketingOperations
Utilize project management tool (Monday.com) and methodologies to ensure efficient planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing projects.
Coordinate with cross-functional marketing teams to gather and organize campaign assets, ensuring timely availability for execution.
Conduct regular reviews of existing marketing processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
Monitor and enhance campaign operations processes to optimize the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns.
Sales and Order Operations
Develop analytics models i.e. time spent on quote creation, time spent in order review to better define workload balance for the North America team
Support Senior Manager in development of enhanced global new hire onboarding process; Support Temp Key/Eval creation
Review working models i.e. vacation coverage, streamline and suggest areas for improvement
Interview Regional Sales Directors to define focus areas for improvement and sales partnership
Support team meetings, content creation, logistics, action items
Sales Operations
Ongoing analytical support of global forecasting and planning
Assist in the preparation of quarterly forecast summary materials for Executive Leader hip Team forecast review
Gather and report on quarterly sales results and prepare performance analytics to review renewal rates, new business growth and other GTM trends
Help build next year's Annual Contract Value plan at the customer and regional level
Provide sales executives with ad hoc reporting and pipeline opportunity management support
Drive compensation analytics for global sales teams
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in the following fields: Business, Marketing, Accounting, Engineering, or other relevant fields of study
A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
Ability to articulate interest in working in commercial roles such as sales, marketing, sales support, sales, product marketing and/or product management functions.
Demonstrated experience improving processes and driving projects from beginning to end in either an internship, professional, or academic environment.
Interested in working in different corporate functions
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Multiple Internships - Large Company Intern Experience/ Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations related role preferred
Leadership roles on campus
Study Abroad/international travel
Diverse language skills (fluent in more than 1 language)
