  As the Global Sales Manager, Aerospace you will LEAD by……….

  We are looking for a professional like you to be responsible for the leadership, and management of the global sales team. The Aerospace Business in ECMS produces ozone and ozone/VOC converters for aircrafts as well as services the converters in the aftermarket via our MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) shop. You will be responsible for leading a team of three sales professionals located in Americas, Europe, and Asia regions.

  In this role, you will effectively lead the Aerospace Sales Department to grow the revenue, profitability, and market share of the business. You will serve on the Aerospace Leadership Team.

  Additional responsibilities include:

  The ability to influence others as you drive relationships between senior leaders and strategic customers and influence and lead regional cross functional teams to accelerate the growth and profitability of your accounts.

  Driving strategic decisions for the business, you will support the execution of the global market strategy for the Aerospace business, as well as contribute manage business relationships with key decision makers and influencers at the accounts.

  Demonstrating your experience in Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and/or Technical Service, you will identify new and highly profitable applications and leverage existing products at current and new accounts.

  Using your strong ability to deal with complex business issues and have organizational awareness, you will manage messaging to internal partners and external customers.

  Relying on your experience in the aerospace and/or chemical industries, you will share market and customer intelligence with marketing to help challenge and refine market segment strategies.

  Your commitment to customer satisfaction will be evident as you take ownership of the customer that engages cross functional team members when needed to solve complex issues, while representing the voice of the customer with a sense of urgency.

  As a trusted people leader, you will build a high-performance team by role modeling, coaching, and developing personnel that exemplify the culture and behaviors aspired to by BASF ECMS and the Aerospace business.

  Your elements for success……

  Bachelors degree in Engineering or Business

  A minimum of 7 years total work experience 3 years of which in customer facing roles

  Sales and/or application/business development experience, product management, experience managing customer relationships

  Experience negotiating pricing, service offerings, non-disclosure agreements and terms to propose and execute contracts with customers to generate the maximum value

  Project leadership and/or people leadership experience strongly preferred

  Experience working in a global environment preferred

  Experiencemanaging revenue/margin targets, manage sales forecasting process, and support budgeting process.

The competitive Pay Range for this role is $140k-$165k annually. Actual pay will be determine based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factor permitted by law.
